Return and Exchange

We have a 24 hour return policy. It must be returned in original condition and packaging or a 15% restocking fee applies. If within 7 days your purchase does not meet your expectations, it may be returned in original condition and packaging for a 15% restocking fee and a store credit will be issued. If any damage occurs it cannot be returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom & Special Orders

All custom & special orders are final sale and cannot be changed once placed.

Damaged Goods

If you discover any manufacturer defects, please contact us within 7 days. Upon return of merchandise, it will be inspected and the defective piece replaced.

Sale Items

All sales are final on discounted items. No returns, no refunds, no exchanges.

Warranties

We guarantee all our products for one (1) year under normal use. Extended warranties are available. Please ask us for details.

Payment Method

Direct debit, and all major credit cards are accepted. Personal cheques must be cleared before purchased items are picked up or delivered.
